Price wise, they can be had for reasonable amounts in Cuba (except the high end &quot;chaser&quot; brands/vitolas sought after by those with money...). Cuban cigars are in many cases still affordable because the price of Honduran, Nicaraguan and Dominican cigars is often excessive. There are far too many non-Cuban brands, most of which are very ordinary. Ending the embargo would trigger competition and eliminate all the low-end stuff.</description>
